Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive starting at $18.75 per hour (with potential increase to $19.50 after six months based on production rate)
Shift: Dynamic Swing Shift (Day turn: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday; Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday) Enjoy a shift differential of $1.50 during the afternoon turn.
Schedule:
Embrace the possibility of overtime and occasional Saturdays for an exciting and varied work experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and automatic cycle dies/presses with precision.
• Make size tooling changes using setup chart manuals, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Perform adjustments on roll former equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Uphold product quality standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Utilize forklift skills to load steel coils and other raw materials into the press.
• Execute die setups as required, demonstrating your versatility.

• Previous experience as a Roll Former Operator is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret setup chart manuals with ease.
• Forklift operating experience is a valuable asset.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining product quality.
