NESCO Resource is Hiring a Remote Remote Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking Remote Call Center Representatives.
Must be local to the state of California.
Training start date : 05 / 06 / 2024
Pay rate : $17.00 / hr. for Bilinguals and $16.75 / hr. for English.
11 : 30 8 : 00 PM PST) - mostly evening shifts available
Languages English and Spanish

ABSOLUTELY NO CHROME BOOKS OR TABLETS
BYOD systems should be running a fully patched modern OS such as Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher. Additional minimum specifications include :
Client Core i5 Processor with 8GM memory
256GB hard drive
Windows 10 or other fully patched modern OS
1 USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port (for headset)
1 RJ-45 connection for wired network connection to router
Wired headset and microphone with a USB Gen 2 or newer connection
Video capability for Zoom calls
Internet Connectivity :
Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem
Download 20 Mbps minimum
Upload 5 Mbps minimum
An attestation of speed is required. Each agent shall access
www.speedtest.net and submit a screen shot of the results.
Does not recommend and cannot accept tablet platforms (iPad, Chromebook, others) for AWS use as a BYOD device because the functionality of those platforms cannot be guaranteed and present problems / challenges for to support.
