Responsibilities of Position :

• Develop, maintain lab scope and calibration procedures, documents and forms.
• Perform Gage R&R's and on-going gage testing.
• Order / maintain Gage calibration and certification system.
• Inspect contour gages-Annual / Initial / Verification / validation

Skill Requirements :

• Ability to read blueprints including geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) schemes.
• Ability to read, understand customer and equipment prints including documentation.
• Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed with little to no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, with very close attention to detail.
• Ability to train employees both individuals and in groups.
• Must be able to perform gage certifications and calibration.
• Understands Quality Audit System (SPC charts, Poka-Yokes, Inspections, etc).
