NESCO Resource is Hiring a Production operator Near Port Huron, MI
Nesco Resource is seeking Production Operators for a top automotive supplier in Port Huron .
Shifts : 2nd : 3pm - 11pm
2nd : 3pm - 11pm
3rd : 11pm - 7am
OT mandatory as production demands
Summary :
Inspects, cleans, assembles, and prepares finished parts.
Duties :
- Follow specific work instructions for each job assigned
- Operate machinery
- Prepare parts for processing
- Visual inspect parts for defects
- Repair and / or rework defective parts as needed
- Participate in teams and meetings to improve production
- Maintain work area in accordance with 5S standards
Skills / Qualifications :
- Positive work attitude
- Safety focus
- Adherence to quality standards
- Reliable attendance
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to tolerate repetitive gripping of hand tools
- Ability to twist and bend repetitively, as well as pull & tug at shoulder height consistently
- Strong manual dexterity, hand / eye coordination
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
