Nesco Resource is currently hiring for EVA Production Team Members. The job requires producing quality parts, ontime, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the policies and procedures.

EVA Operator - EVA operators are required to :

• Load / unload material in machines
• Inspect parts for potential defects
• Operate equipment controls
• Use hand tools (i.e. calipers and weigh scale) to check thickness and weight of product
• Operate forklift
• Perform lock-out tag-out as needed during maintenance activity
• Be trained to confined space entry requirements
• Trained on firefighting techniques and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow standardized assigned work procedures properly to operate equipment and manufacture product
• Maintain proper documentation of production paperwork
• Inspect product to ensure no defects are passed on to the next customer
• Follow all plant safety, environmental & quality policies along with other AHK policies & procedures.
• Assist and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years related experience in manufacturing environment
• Must be task-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task with accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet departmental and team member's needs
