We are in search of a committed candidate to join our team as a Forklift Operator in Austintown, OH. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in our production operations, making significant contributions to our overall success!
Job Title : Forklift Operator
Location : Austintown, Ohio
Work Hours : Monday-Friday from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM, with overtime required.
Starting Pay : $15 / hour (with a pay increase upon hire)

Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or shipping docks.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, or railcars with materials, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, using forklift attachments as necessary.
- Stack and store materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Valid forklift operator certification / license.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong understanding of forklift operation techniques and safety guidelines.
