NESCO Resource is Hiring a Customer support Near Casa Grande, AZ

Customer Service Support

Experience : Data entry and / or order taking experience required. Background in manufacturing, construction, or commercial industries preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Status of in-house and shipped orders
  • Product information
  • Invoicing discrepancies
  • Availability
  • Lead times
  • Prices
  • Freight costs
  • Provide customer support through comprehensive knowledge of our products and their applications.
  • Respond to inbound sales calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain effective communication flow among customers (internal and external to the company), management, and outside sales representatives.
  • Accurately enter all purchase orders ensuring material and freight costs match exactly to customer's purchase order.
  • Generate and verify order acknowledgements, then promptly email to customers.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and using computer systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
