NESC Staffing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Magnolia, TX

Project Manager
We are currently seeking a full-time team member for a Project Manager position.
The ideal candidate for this position must be self-motivated and enthusiastically willing to contribute to the team, work well with others, and possess excellent time management skills. Previous industry-specific experience is required (Pallet Racking & Warehouse Systems). Direct project management (installation/tear down of warehouse racking & racking systems) required.
This position will be working directly with the sales team, customers, and vendors to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Review project blueprints and create project material lists.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for impeccable execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client deadlines.
  • Take the lead and coordinate product delivery and installation.
  • Work with Sales team to develop detailed project plans.
  • Ensure projects meet timeline expectations.
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous Project Management / Coordination Experience –3 Years Required
  • Familiarity of AutoCAD/ Prelim Engineering –Required
  • Direct Industry-Specific Experience (Installation / Teardown of Pallet Racking & Warehouse Systems) –3-5 Years Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc…)
  • Individual has great judgment, takes initiative, and offers problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personality types.
  • Exceptional sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Travel Required- 10-20%
  • Bilingual is a plus.
