NES Fircroft is Hiring a Material handler forklift Near Channelview, TX
Job Summary :
Transport materials safely and efficiently using forklift or hand truck throughout facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Move parts and materials between departments promptly and safely.
- Follow designated routes and prioritize movements.
- Manage crate, box, and scrap parts inventory.
- Inspect repaired parts for damage.
- Pack and unpack crates, boxes, and pallets.
- Maintain inventory of pallets and crates.
- Document material movement accurately.
- Communicate part status for production needs.
- Anticipate material requirements for upcoming work orders.
Basic Qualifications / Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 pounds.
- Forklift operation experience (15,000 pounds).
- Proficiency in English.
- Outdoor work capability in various weather conditions.
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel).
Desired Characteristics :
Certified to operate a sit down and stand-up forklift, crane and rigging operations
