This is an ad for a Service Advisor for a locally and family-owned auto repair shop. It’s not going to be a “normal” ad for Indeed. Your time is valuable, as is ours, and we are committed to not wasting any of it.

Nerger’s has been in business for 35 years and has been in the same location for all of it. We are not going anywhere.

We offer all the standard benefits (insurance, PTO, etc.) and you are going to control your pay. Your pay will be based off the gross profit you generate.

Our ideal service writer will be knowledgeable and willing to work. You must love people. This is non-negotiable! If you are not going to go the extra bit for our customers, just keep on going.
