Job DescriptionRecruiting Assistant (RA) has the vital task of driving potential Nerds to our Hiring Managers (HM) using approved Indeed advertisements and Breezy. The RA is the first point of contact for applicants. Creating a clear path to apply and interview is critical to the exceptional experience. Using approved Templates, RA will relay job description, schedule, pay scale and deploy Initial Screening Questions (ISQs). RA will also set clear expectations for the interview process including Interviewer name, interview date/time, dress code, the need for promptness and requesting a hard copy of the resume. Ultimately, RA will reduce workload for Department Heads and Hiring Managers spent on recruiting and screening potential applicants.

- Schedule Interviews for Hiring Managers
- Manage Bamboo Postings and Interview Calendar
- Assist with New Applicant Questions
Job Qualifications- A high school diploma or GED equivalent (though a Bachelor's preferred).
- Amazing people skills. A great listener and communicator.
- Calm under pressure. Makes smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Stellar phone presence. People can hear you smiling!
- A performance mindset. Motivated by results and self-improvement.
