We are currently looking for a self-starter Experienced Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and plumbing tasks
• Diagnose errors or problems and determine proper solutions
• Provide sewer and drain cleaning services
• Operate and complete sewer camera work
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Be a part of an “on call” rotation (nights and weekends)
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in all phases of plumbing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Must know local plumbing codes
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
• Be a problem solver independently and as a team player
