nepf, LLC, a growing and innovative Boutique Consulting firm, is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant - Management Consulting to help our clients manage complex programs and change for their strategic programs and projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team on client projects, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and sustainable transformation strategies for our clients (think enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, multi-billion-dollar M&A, etc.). Our team is based primarily in Southern California across LA and Orange County but valuing the flexibility of remote work and with clients across the country, this role is open to qualified candidates in the United States based in either Pacific Time or Mountain Time time zones. This position suits an individual with 2 years of existing Management Consulting experience who is a results-oriented go-getter with a passion for change and transformation and is ready to work collaboratively in helping our clients thrive in this rapidly changing world. Your Responsibilities and Duties:
Assume a Management Consulting Consultant / Senior Consultant role to support and deliver transformational change for initiatives that implement new ways of working, new processes, and systems at our clients
Interact with team members and clients at different levels in a large company setting
Deliver assigned work deliverables in collaboration with team members and with inputs from stakeholders
Develop project plans and manage the delivery of a workstream on a project
Identify potential organization risks, resistance, and gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation and/or correction actions
Creatively and effectively present outcomes to stakeholders and gain client stakeholder buy-in
Support business development and internal offering development activities
What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position:
2 years of relevant client-facing management consulting experience working on large, complex, and/or enterprise-wide programs
Bachelor's Degree or higher
A passion for Transformation and the role that technology is playing in shaping of the modern workforce
Strong attention to detail and proven delivery excellence with the ability to self-start and work independently
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, energetic and professional demeanor, and highly client-oriented are all must-have characteristics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
