**Why You're Here**
****Warehouse Associate Second Shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)****
**Responsibilities span across all departments of our facility, including picking, packing, quality, shipping/receiving, inventory, replenishment, cycle count, and product returns. All departments require Associates to pay close attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency, and keep the needs of our consultants as priority number one while at work.**
**As a Warehouse Associate you may be required to work in various departments at times, and follow general physical requirements**
**What You'll Be Doing**
* Picking: Filling customer orders accurately, with a sense of urgency and with care.
* Kitting: Assembling of pre-determined product kits
* Packing: Ensuring customer packages are prepared for delivery through one of our delivery services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
* Each employee is responsible for raising awareness of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and should actively participate in activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
* As an employee of a purpose driven company you are required to establish a goal relative to social and environmental impact.
**What You Need**
* High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred
* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Prior pick/pack operation experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Comprehension of the English language
* Behavioral Attributes: Ability to work with a sense of urgency
