NeoSystems Corp. is seeking qualified individuals to join our Professional services team. Qualified individuals will have at least one of the following attributes:
• Consulting experience implementing solutions for Government Contractors
• Experience as a Senior Accountant (or higher) in multiple ERP work streams
• Consulting experience with an accounting firm
• Consulting experience implementing project-based ERP solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Gather and document client requirements
• Document solution
• Configure and test Deltek ERP software
• Develop desktop procedures
• Deliver formal and informal training
• Effectively communicate and coordinate across implementation team
• Mentor and support team members
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels for internal and external customers
• Work with team to define creative and effective solutions
• Provide status updates related to assignments
• Lead meetings and conduct presentations
Essential Skills
• Proven experience in ONE of the following:
1. Consulting experience implementing ERP solutions for government contractors OR
2. Experience as a Senior Accountant (or higher) in multiple ERP work streams OR
3. Consulting experience with an accounting firm OR
4. Consulting experience implementing project based ERP solutions
• 5 years of accounting experience as accountant or consultant
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organization skills
• Ability to commit to a task and deliver that commitment on schedule
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in government contracting with exposure to DCAA, JTR, FAR, CAS
• Experience with the Deltek suite of products or other large ERP systems
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of relational database
• Experience working within a software implementation team
