Position Overview: We are looking for a Roll Forming Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining our roll forming machinery efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating roll forming machines or similar equipment and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce high-quality construction materials according to specifications.

Monitor the operation of machinery to ensure smooth production flow and detect any abnormalities or malfunctions.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on roll forming equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production output, and any maintenance performed.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.

Proven experience operating roll forming machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Prior experience in the construction materials industry is preferred but not required.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
