Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory. Position Summary : As an Talent Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events and programs related to human resources within the company.

You'll work closely with HR professionals, management teams, and external vendors to ensure that events are successful and aligned with the company's goals and values. Core Responsibilities :

  • Event Planning : Plan and organize various HR-related events such as workshops, team-building activities, and parties.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors for services like venues, catering, and entertainment, ensuring quality and adherence to budget.
  • Communication : Communicate event details to stakeholders, create promotional materials, and manage invitations to drive participation.
  • Logistics and Operations : Handle event logistics such as setup, audiovisual needs, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring smooth operations during events.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management : Develop event budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices to stay within budgetary guidelines.
  • Program Evaluation : Collect feedback and evaluate event success based on participant satisfaction and objectives, using insights to improve future events.
  • Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure events comply with policies, regulations, and safety standards, mitigating risks associated with data, security, and safety
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities : Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Schedule Interviews : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) : Manage and update our ATS with accurate candidate information, status updates, and interview feedback.
  • Communicate with Candidates : Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and guiding them through next steps.
  • Assist with Onboarding : Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Events : Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

Additional Responsibilities (may be assigned) :

  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinates and / or facilitates special projects as needed.
  • May serve on organizational committees to support employee satisfaction (i.e. Green Team, Wellness Committee, etc)
  • Achieves desired level of competency and accuracy for the main department processes and responsibilities of assigned position, as defined in established SOPs
  • Works to ensure that all company bills are paid in a timely manner
  • Works productively and efficiently to achieve company and departmental goals
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Adheres to NeoGenomics Laboratories core values, safety, compliance, and Company policies and procedures.

Education : Associates degree preferred. Qualification Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field..
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement strategies, and industry trends is a plus.
