Neogene Therapeutics is a pre-clinical stage biotechnology company aiming to change the treatment paradigm for solid cancers. Our mission is to provide cancer patients with T cell therapies targeting mutated proteins called neo-antigens, which are present on cancer cells as a consequence of DNA mutations. Neogene is developing novel technologies to enable the engineering of ‘designer T cells’ with neo-antigen specificities that display an optimized ability to seek and destroy cancer cells.
We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Supply Chain team in Santa Monica, CA. This position will serve as an excellent opportunity to observe and contribute to the development and delivery of therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors.
Position SummaryThe Intern, Supply Chain under guidance will design and build a knowledge center for the Supply Chain department which consists of an internal SharePoint site that integrates various resources such as intake forms, key guidance documents, metrics, user guides, data management programs, trackers, etc. The intern will utilize cloud-based applications such as Smartsheet or Lucid Chart to create automated tools that improve routine operations such as purchasing requests, shipping requests and visual dashboards for site scheduling and production. This position in based in Santa Monica, CA and reports to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Design and build a Supply Chain SharePoint site
• Create automated intake forms/tools and visual dashboards/trackers for data/metrics
• Establish a user guide for maintenance of the SharePoint site
• Other relevant duties as instructed

Required Skills/Abilities

• A strong interest in supply chain or a science background is preferred but not required
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 Applications including Sharepoint and other similar systems and software
• Strong organizational and record keeping skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced company environment

Education And Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline or science discipline.
