Neo Surgical Group is Hiring a HR Human Resources Specialist/Office Administrator Near Orlando, FL

NEO Surgical Group, a rapidly growing practice, is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the role of HR Human Resources Specialist/Office Administrator for our company. Candidates should have at least one year of prior HR/Administrative experience and should demonstrate effective multitasking abilities, the capacity to remain composed under pressure, and consistently display professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, possess strong communication abilities, and exhibit fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Creole, Russian, Ukrainian, or Portuguese is preferred. Prior experience in Neurosurgery, Orthopedic care, Pain Management, Chiropractic, and Personal Injury is a plus.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Hire new employees, onboard them, and provide them with new hire paperwork.
  • Keep updated licenses and all documentations up to date.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Support the performance management process, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and eligibility verification.
  • Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as copying, responding to emails, faxing, scanning, and filing.
  • Assisting with business expansion initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Salary: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
