Nemours is seeking an Associate Enterprise Intelligence Developer to join our Nemours Children's Health team.

This is a REMOTE position.

The Associate Enterprise Intelligence Developer assists with the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of business intelligence solutions for all areas of clinical and business operations. This position also participates in needs analysis, business requirements gathering, testing, and creating detailed technical documentation for developed solutions. 

• Engage with application analysts, business analysts, and report/dashboard end users to assess needs, gather and define requirements, and document solution specifications.
• Assists with design, development, testing and deployment of business intelligence solutions (dashboards and/or reports) that adhere to department standards and best practices.
• Cultivate productive customer relationships and helps ensure that solutions meet customer needs and align with the overall Nemours Enterprise Intelligence strategy. 
• Participates in the debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting of solutions.
• Coordinate with other developers on the team to build and share knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of information.
• Field and provide support for ad hoc data requests from the organization.

Job Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or equivalent OTJ training is required. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, MIS, or related technical field is preferred.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Clear, analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
• Independent, self-learner with a high degree of professionalism.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure team deliveries in a dynamic environment.
