The role involves active participation in building testing and validating new functionality as well as engaging in customized configuration activities tailored to meet research needs. Additionally, the analyst must have a sound understanding of the underlying research processes managed through the Nemours Research Suite. Analysts also seek to identify technical issues associated with the research applications, striving to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance end user knowledge and productivity. Acting as a crucial liaison they provide expert-level support and guidance to researchers, clinicians, and support staff ensuring seamless navigation of the research platforms supporting research throughout Nemours.
In close collaboration with research leadership, the Research Applications Analyst coordinates system updates, changes, and enhancements to research applications. The Research Applications Analyst also prepares regular reports to aid in analysis of system use and makes recommendations for improvements in application usability and adoption. Through their dedication to customer service excellence and profound understanding of research applications and processes, the Research Applications Analyst will contribute to cutting-edge biomedical research across a diverse range of clinical domains.
