The Turndown Attendant for Falling Rock is an essential part of the Housekeeping Division. This position is responsible for ensuring our guests experience clean and organized guest rooms and public areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Gather cleaning supplies and amenities in the storeroom
• Stock cart with towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mats, etc.
• Clean bathrooms, bathtubs, showers, sinks
• Place cloth doily under guest bathroom toiletries and any jewelry
• Remove dirty towels and replace them with fresh ones.
• Remove trash
• Clean living room and bedroom areas, remove trash and straighten up, folding guests’ clothes. Close drapes, fill the ice bucket, buff glasses
• Turn down bed(s) neatly, placing chocolates and tv remote on the fold of the bed.
• Turn TV on music station
• Turn on designated lights
• Wrap all guest cords with gold cord
• Assist other turndown associates or public area associates

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must be able to speak English
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for majority of work shift
