We are looking to grow our team with a full-time Service Writer.

As a Service Writer, you will create / handle work orders and estimates until completion.

You will be responsible for:

• Posting all labor as directed to work orders.
• Posting all outside purchase of materials or parts as directed.
• Organizing and maintaining a clean working area that is presentable at all times.
• Working with customers directly and handling correspondence with them throughout the duration of their work order.
• Working closely with the shop foreman to maintain maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining department records as directed.
• Communicating with all service contacts in a professional manner.
• Ensuring that all office equipment is in good working condition and clean.
• Operating all company office equipment as directed.
• Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in all keyboarding areas.
• Filing kept to department standards.
• Sending all documentation to customers / suppliers and complying with department standards.

Pay based on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and Saturday 8 am-12 pm
