Nelson Road Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinarian Near Longmont, CO

We are looking for a full time experienced veterinarian to join our team for small animal care, with the option to also see exotics (and/or large animals). 80 % of the practice is small animal. We strive to offer excellent patient care and build lasting client relationships. Strong communication skills, compassion and high ethics are important. Surgical and anesthesia proficiency is desirable as well as the need for progressive and comprehensive medical, dental and preventative care. The ability to multi-task, good time management and working with staff in a professional and team orientated manner is important. We look forward to meeting you and adding you to our team. The Nelson Road Veterinary Clinic is a well-established practice in beautiful Longmont, Colorado. We are currently a 3 doctor practice. Our clinic offers routine surgical, medical and preventive care with nearby access to numerous specialty and referral centers to augment the care of our patients. The work schedule has 4 days a week and every other weekend/Saturday morning. There are no after hours or emergency calls unless you want to provide this service (60% of fees paid is the percentage pay for this work). We are equipped with updated anesthesia and monitoring equipment, in house lab, full dental capabilities and digital radiology. Our well trained and experienced staff are fully cross trained in all hospital areas to assist doctors on every level. We have a daily base pay plus a quarterly bonus based on percentage of production. All benefits are 100% paid by employer. 120K is the base salary plus a production percentage. We are not a corporate marketing clinic. We do not use contracts to retain our employees,
