Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join its Affordable Housing group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. This is a nationwide search, and the opportunity is open to multiple large markets. 

A Day in the Life

One of the fastest growing and most dynamic cities in the country, Orlando’s economy is as diverse as our clients’ needs. Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs. As a Nelson Mullins associate, you’ll be joining the ranks of over 1,000 attorneys and policy advisors, a Firm culture that will offer you a broad practice platform that is also personal enough to provide individual client attention no matter your office location. We Know You

You have 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate with a strong background in title & survey, easements and leases. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. You are detail-oriented, have excellent follow through and are a member (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or are willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar.
