A Day in the Life

Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases. 

Experienced in the area of real estate finance and capital markets, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions as well as assisting clients with design, establishment, and launching of new loan programs. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.

All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. 

We Know You

You have at least 6 years of meaningful real estate finance and loan origination experience. You are well-versed in representing traditional and non-traditional lenders in a variety of transactions including fixed and floating rate loans secured by commercial real estate, including apartments, retail centers, industrial and other types of real estate. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. You are admitted to the state Bar of Georgia.
