You are the Contract Specialist. Hybrid in Walnut Creek, Tues / Thu in office, can go fully remote after probation period is over.

The Contracts Specialist will manage, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements. This position will be responsible for handling various vendor, freelancer, and music licensing agreements, redlining agreements, coordinating with outside counsel on contract modifications, managing insurance Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes, and managing contract-related requests in Asana.

The Contracts Specialist will also create and present client contract summaries to our Client Services and Experience Delivery Groups.

What you bring :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a contract administration or related role.

Polished, experience working in a professional setting, educated, a plus : paralegal experience, project management experience, positive and can do attitude
