Location: Walnut Creek/Concord/East Bay
Compensation: $130-$150k
Job Summary:
Established company looking for a seasoned Asset Manager to join their team. Looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Manager to help perform essential job duties and responsibilities.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Intelligence team to provide market and competitive intelligence, insights, and strategy recommendations
- Develop and implement strategies to monitor market trends, competitors, and technology partners
- Prepare risk analyses, financial reports, and collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
- Develop strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in asset management
- Proven track record of success in managing commercial property and financial assets
- 3 years of experience leading asset management and/or business intelligence staff
- Familiarity with tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., SQL, Excel/Sheets, Power BI)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal ski
Location: Walnut Creek/Concord/East Bay
Compensation: $130-150k
