Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of health insurance products and regulations to assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs and financial situations to recommend tailored insurance plans.
  • Provide detailed explanations of policy options, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their coverage.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to stay updated on policy changes, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Assist clients in the application process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required paperwork.
  • Keep abreast of healthcare reform and legislative changes impacting the insurance industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, earning trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to remain competitive and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Valid state-issued health insurance license.
  • Proven experience as a health insurance agent or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for client management and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
