We are looking for an experienced Assistant Leasing Manager for our multiple properties in the Chamblee/Brookhaven area. The ALM would float between 2 offices in close proximity of each other. The schedule is Monday-Saturday (40 hours/week total).
Job Duties and requirements but not limited to:
*Having Yardi experience a plus
*Knowing basic computer/writing/Typing skills a must
*Bilingual (ENG/SPA) a must (Written and Verbal)
*Monthly commission %
*Prepare daily and weekly reports
*Collect rent and review resident ledgers
*Walk occupied and vacant units
*Work closely with the Leasing Manager to ensure that a ready schedule is met and work is done to the company's standards
*Keep up with Craigslist and Facebook marketing Ad
*Work with local Law Enforcement on community outreach.
*Monitor maintenance inventory and maintenance purchases.
*Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them
*Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations
*Conduct leasing applications and check references and send for main office approval.
*Coordinate property maintenance
*Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property
*Follow up with prospective renters
*Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service
*Monitor use of community pools, including laundry, mail, playground and common area.
*Fill-in for sister properties nearby
*Assist Leasing Manager with daily operation needs
Pay: $17.50/hr Monthly Commission %
