2-4 Days/week depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontist during patient procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedure
- Take orthodontic records (x-rays, photos, intraoral scan)
- Document/chart all dental procedures performed during each patient visit according to orthodontists instructions
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care instructions
- Take impressions and X-rays as directed by the orthodontist
- Perform basic dental laboratory duties, such as pouring models and fabricating retainers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other maintenance tasks

Skills:

- Proficient in dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with Ortho 2 software a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
