We are seeking an efficient and flexible Assistant Manager who will handle our high-volume, quick service juice bar. If you find joy in managing others and ensuring your store is running smoothly and efficiently – this is the job for you!

In this role you be responsible for both operations and financial functions of the business. As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the store manager in training coaching and managing a team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for training and holding team members accountable for their duties as well as managing day to day operational functions of the business. You will also ensure that the store follows all local, state and federal regulations. The Assistant Manager is an ambassador for the Nekter brand and will ensure all guidelines and recipes are followed. This position requires multi-tasking and working with multiple vendors.

As the Assistant Manager: You are essentially the face of Nekter – you will help drive a positive work environment as well as a positive experience for our customers! You will be expected to work hand in hand with the Store Manager to create an exciting work environment for the employees.

Exceptional Talents that our Assistant Manager will have:

• Previous Managment experience is preferred but not necessary
• Attention to detail
• Previous barista/bartending/restaurant experience is preferred- Must be a professional individual with a passion for working in a health-orientated industry
• Must be a self-motivated fast learner, punctual, organized, focused and have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
