As an Vendor Account Operations Manager on the Neighborly ProTradeNet team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Optimize Vendor Programs: Ensure vendor programs are executed effectively, directly affecting the quality and profitability of those programs.

  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Engages in conflict resolution, proactively improves program execution, and strengthens vendor relations to enhance program success.

  • Accurate Revenue Tracking: Validate the accurate tracking and reporting of participation and revenue, essential for understanding program performance and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Agreement Compliance: Monitor and enforce internal and external compliance with vendor agreements to ensure vendor relationships are steady and profitable.

  • Renew and Renegotiate Contracts: Play a critical role in contract renewals and renegotiations, aiming to secure better financial terms and program conditions, thereby boosting revenue and overall program success.

  • Digital Programs: Learn and use various software systems in the performance of your duties which may include working with Excel spreadsheets, word processing, email software, contact management systems, trading partner's intranet site, content management system, conferencing software, presentation software, and other software, hardware and operation systems as necessary.

  • Meeting Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of strategy meetings, conferences, Reunion, regional meetings and other company-sponsored meetings; may attend conferences, meetings and/or trade shows upon request.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: Five (5 ) years of customer service experience or related fields required

    • Two (2 ) years of experience in contract facilitation and/or execution

  • Skills:

    • Self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and a high desire for order and details will be required to thrive in this role

    • Creativity and attention to detail

    • Ability to stay organized and on track.

    • Enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Mastery of MS Office

    • Problem-solving

    • Sense of humor

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote or Hybrid (Waco, TX or Irving, TX)
