Location: Bend
Compensation: $22.45/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week), weekend work required

This role works within the Housing Stabilization program. The goal of the Housing Stabilization program is to provide support and connect households to needed resources through strengths-based and holistic services. We value the respect and dignity of all. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Homeless Management Information System is a computer database that is used to collect and share information on homelessness and social services in Central Oregon. The mission of HMIS Specialist is to support and train NeighborImpact employees and other community partners on the HMIS database.
The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Specialist is responsible for managing the data related to homelessness services. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to improve service delivery and outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness. The specialist ensures data quality, security, and privacy compliance, and supports stakeholders in using the HMIS to make informed decisions. Additionally, this role provides training and technical assistance to users of the HMIS software. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to social service and is an on-site, in-person position.
