Job description

The Neighborhood Windows & Doors team is growing!

We're a locally owned and operated window and doors company that provides a high level service to our customers throughout every job. Our customers’ satisfaction means everything to us!

We are currently seeking a full time Field Assistant/Installer to work alongside our Production Manager.

This will be an hourly position with scheduled hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Field Assistant/Installer Duties:

  • Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
  • Team up with colleagues and other team members
  • Preform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutions
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports on work performed on a company-issued tablet
  • Check and update field automation systems and databases
  • Adhere to the company procedures and protocols
  • View and access Install and report on install quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Product Knowledge, Organization, Analyzing Information, Great interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, Reporting Skills, Managing Processes, Customer Focus, General Consulting Skills, Critical thinker and problem-solving, Good time-management skills, Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications. Measurement and Math skills are required.
