JOB LOCATION: NYC hybrid. Brooklyn Office required 2x/week.

Neighborhood Watch is a growing independent commercial and film production company based in New York. We value creativity, professionalism, friendliness, and a team-player attitude. The Associate Producer will work closely with our Founders & Managing Director/Executive Producer, and work independently overseeing the following tasks:

• Support EPs by providing extensive organizational and administrative support including: sending calendar invites, reading, receiving and maintaining all job related documents, reaching out to crew and vendors for holds, coordinating shipments, maintaining records and responding to emails.
• Onboard freelance production team and provide ongoing support of team to ensure NW protocols are being adhered to including: review and approval of PPB, Daily Schedule & Call Sheets and more.
• Collect and pass along all Purchase Orders for payment, submit Petty Cash requests on behalf of Productions, and support the Accounting Department to ensure all NW costs are tallied appropriately.
• Upload and maintain media on Wiredrive, Website & Social Media platforms.
• Maintain and organize office including organization of merch, archiving documents and so on.

Must Haves:

• REQUIRED 2 years of experience at a Production Company, Advertising Agency or Freelance Production Role
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Impeccable organizational skills and a desire to build and implement organizational systems and practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with complex logistics
• College Degree

Plus, but not Required:

• Adobe Photoshop proficiency
• HotBudget, Showbiz, Movie Magic or similar proficiency
• Google Slides & InDesign proficiency
• Production Coordinator experience
• Social Media experience
