Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping and maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for landscape enhancements, shrub trimming, mowing, and lawn care.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist with hardscape projects including the installation of mulch, rock, and sod.
- Perform general leaf clean up on multi-family properties
-Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with general garden maintenance including planting, watering, and fertilizing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
