Our goal is simple: improving access to healthcare in our community and surrounding areas. Due to expansion, Neighborhood Health is looking to add a Behavioral Health Provider to our team. Together, we are all committed to building healthier communities by delivering comprehensive, quality health care with compassion and respect.
As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will:
-Maintains confidentiality of records relating to client’s treatment.
-Develops and implements treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
-Acts as clients advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
-Assess for suicidal thoughts, plans, and means. Make appropriate referrals to ensure client safety and effective treatment.
