Podiatrist
Neighborhood Health Association - The Podiatrist is a member of the (Patient Centered Medical Home) PCMH Care Team. All members of the PCMH Care Team will work cooperatively with and interact with the patients and other team members to coordinate patient care and achieve the stated patient and PCMH Team goals and objectives. PCMH goals and objectives include increased access to patient care, high quality patient care, and patient self-management of care.
This is a part-time position, with very flexible hours, to perform general podiatry care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Qualifications include a current DPM license, current board certification or eligibility, and a desire to serve the underserved of your community.
Malpractice insurance is covered by the Federal Torts Claim Act (FTCA) through our health center.

Neighborhood Health Association (NHA), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is the largest community health center system in Northwest Ohio with partnerships that include ProMedica, Mercy Health, and University of Toledo Medical Center.
