Husk Nashville is in search of Pastry Cooks to join our Award-Winning Culinary Team!

We are looking for those eager to expand their culinary knowledge and work alongside a team of true hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, reliable, and excited to work with locally sourced ingredients to create an unforgettable experience for our Guests.

Applicants should have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily.

• Dinner shifts: Monday-Friday
• Brunch Dinner shifts: Saturday & Sunday
