Community Care Program Coordinator (Case Manager)
Pay: Position is $24.00-$26.00/hour depending on education and experience with step increases PLUS annual bonuses, health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, gas stipends, and much more!
The Neighbor Network of Northern Nevada (N4) is seeking a caring and motivated person to join our team as a Community Care Program Coordinator. Do you love your community? This Community Care Program Coordinator covers Northwestern Nevada and oversees a team of Community Care Partners providing respite and supportive care. Community Care Program Coordinators are charged with program monitoring and information tracking as well as oversight to support N4’s grant reporting and contracts. This position will implement strategies which support state Regional Center requirements and N4’s mission; follow regional center policies and procedures; and align with person centered values and principles for self-determination.
