Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance with knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, flooring, appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, and cleanliness

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Complete work orders and unit turns professionally and efficiently

- Conduct routine inspections of properties and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions

- Perform repairs, maintenance, and upkeep on properties

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent issues that may arise

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

In this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Prior experience in multifamily housing a plus

- Strong carpentry skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues

- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks

- Proficient in English language for effective communication

-Valid Driver's License required
