We have a cafe/coffee shop, in addition to a cantina restaurant serving margaritas and tacos, a bustling backyard with a beer garden and stage showcasing live music. We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. You will assist the General Manager in managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
- Manage and supervise staff members, including completing daily performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant

-Ensure staff is completing their daily checklists and holding them accountable
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry in a management role
