Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, caring individual who will help us become the first nationally branded community of choice for foster parents. The ideal candidate will possess the energy, enthusiasm, and charisma needed to build an industry-leading foster parent experience. This person should be able to gather both qualitative and quantitative data and conduct in depth analysis used to create efficiencies that will increase foster home openings and tenure. Other descriptors of the ideal candidate include smart, motivated, empathetic, insightful, and an excellent communicator.

Customer Service and Data Collection

• Conduct focus groups with potential and current foster parents, collect qualitative data, analyze and present to the leadership team
• Conduct targeted surveys, collect quantitative data, analyze and present to the leadership team
• Facilitate resource coordination for foster parents, providing easy access to government benefits, community resources, etc
• Monitor the foster parent training processes in each state and evaluate from the perspective of the trainees and make recommendations to the FC Liaison

Leadership

• Serve as a liaison with the MarCom team providing input and guidance based on experiential feedback
• Coordinate the foster parent Ambassador program to increase foster parent involvement in recruitment and increase foster parent referrals

Outcomes

• Coordinate efforts to increase foster parent satisfaction
• Lead projects to increase foster parent retention
• Assist with marketing strategies and ideas to increase prospective foster parent conversion rate

Position Qualifications

• 4 Year BA/ BS
• 4 years experience in foster care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
• Obtain the training necessary for this role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
• Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)
