Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work effectively and efficiently supporting team of 3-4 crew members
• Pass extensive safety training programs
• Climb up to 180 ft towers while wearing approximately 30lbs of safety equipment
• Assist in running lines and antennas to tech team
• Assist with mounting of equipment
• Assemble steel mounts and supporting brackets
• Ensure all wiring and cables run neat and orderly

Critical Skills:

• Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work from heights up to 180 feet while bearing 30lbs of equipment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to adhere to strict safety standards
• Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards of quality and best practices
• Self motivated with ability to motivate and lead others
• Ability to pass DMV background screening
• Strong work ethic and high level of craftmanship
• Knowledge of hand and power tools while being mechanically inclined
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Highly reliable and able to pass drug screening.

Background and Experience:

• Experience driving truck and trailer combination
• Acceptable driving record a must
• Reliable transportation a must
• OSHA 30 Certification a plus
• First Aid/CPR certification a plus
