• Maintain integrity of vendor bills of lading versus purchase orders
• Establish and manage processes and procedures to ensure accuracy on inbound product received.
• Problem solve discrepancies on purchase orders
• Research potential quantity variances as identified by accounts payable
• recommend scheduling changes on vendor inbound deliveries
• Maintain accuracy on all Pick up Area Collections
• Support compliance with all appropriate policies & procedures & safety rules
• Communicate purchase order discrepancies with the Procurement Department
• Communicate customer return discrepancies with the Sales Department
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Distribution Center Associates

Work Environment:

• This is a fast paced environment.
• must be willing to work a shift from 5AM to 3PM and 11AM - 8PM, plus alternating Saturdays

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent Communications skills
• Strong Organizational Skills with a great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Strong decision-making skills

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience
• Experience with AS400 Software a plus
• Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
• Strong Organizational Skills with a great attention to detail
