NCS is currently seeking a Clinical Research Manager to join our aspiring and dedicated Research team. This position will oversee operations and personnel in the Clinical Research department as well as other duties listed.

• Provides daily oversight and support of research staff and serves as primary supervisor of Omaha research staff
• Identifies quality and performance improvement opportunities and collaborates with staff in the development of action plans to improve quality and performance.
• Review new research study opportunities for feasibility and applicability to patient population
• Coordinates and leads research meetings with research staff and physicians.
• Screens potential patients for protocol eligibility.
• Develop metrics for performance of clinical research staff
• Oversees the electronic filing system and or Clinical Trial Management System
• Collaborates with Lead Research Investigator in the study selection process.

Requirements

• Clinical or scientific related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum three years-experience, clinical or scientific related discipline, preferably in oncology. 
• Minimum three years direct supervision of personnel preferred.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
