Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing window well covers. This position is a customer-facing position. Top-notch customer service is a must! The technician will be responsible for delivering and installing window well covers and accessories at customer homes, meeting with customers at the completion of the installation to review products and answer questions, and gathering necessary measurements when applicable.

Duties:

- Installing basement window well covers

- Provide training to customers on how to use and maintain installed products

- Collaborate with team members to complete installations within designated timeframes

- Maintain accurate documentation of installations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Clean driving record

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and communicate information clearly
