Position Summary

As a Specialty Loan Services Coordinator, you will perform various documentation functions and process a variety of system work. Other duties will include a variety of system transactions, report preparations, SBA reporting, monthly balancing of internal DDA counts, daily review of maintenance cross check reports to correct IBS system issues, daily review of unapplied funds report, and more as needed.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Relevant loan banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is helpful. Prior use of FIS IBS loan system is also beneficial.
• Approximately 3-6 months of on-the-job training to become familiar with bank systems and procedures.
