Neave Group Outdoor Solutions is seeking energetic, hard-working, and reliable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team in Parsippany, NJ.

As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer, you will provide exceptional service to our commercial and residential clients in all phases of landscape installation and property maintenance.

You will generally work 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday- Friday; Saturdays possible if weather disrupts schedule.

What you’ll do as the Landscape Laborer:

• Operate large equipment, including skidsteer, backhoe, ZTR mower, walk behind mower, push mower, etc.
• Operate small hand-held power tools, including pruner, trimmer, push blower, backpack blower, portable sprayer, gas powered pruner, chainsaw, power rake, etc.
• Raking, weeding, mowing, trimming, pruning, shoveling, sweeping, blowing, pushing wheelbarrow
• Installation of plants, lawns, mulch
• Perform snow removal during the winter

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, pool service or construction
• Clean Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50lbs. - 75lbs. without limitation
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to sun, heat, rain, snow, extreme cold
• Knowledge of pesticides a plus
